Tutorial Help Guide: Found in the left-hand menu, offering hundreds of video tutorials (1-5 mins) with written instructions and screen grabs for step-by-step learning. Includes a search bar for easy topic lookup. Some sections have quizzes to reinforce learning. 24/7 Chat Support: Located at the bottom right of the screen. Offers AI assistance, live agent chat, ticket creation, and Zoom call scheduling. If chat support doesn't resolve your issue, the core team can assist further.

Office Hours (Live Zoom Support): Hosted multiple times a week for real-time assistance. Covers only CRM-Done-Better’s native features but may offer guidance on integrations. Join via Support Tab → Zoom Support Office Hours.
